Zach Shepard started The Water Co in West Palm Beach in 2015 alongside a friend who had spent years in the water treatment industry. Zach kept his firefighting career while building the business, which meant every service call had to be done right the first time.
We install Clack, Goulds, Water Pro, Defiance, FloWise, and Hydronix systems. That is the full list. No discount brands, no systems we cannot stand behind. When something goes wrong, Zach answers. Not a call center, not a subcontractor.
We serve Palm Beach County with a focus on The Acreage area. Most installs are done in as little as 4 hours. We do not quote before we test.

We never send a quote before we see your water. Every property has different water chemistry. A system sized for the wrong problem is just expensive hardware.

AJ and Zach came out after being recommended by a close friend of mine because being on a well, I have very hard water and was leaving rust on everything! They were prompt and professional.
